2008 Conference | Abstract Format

It is planned to produce a hard copy of the accepted abstracts of one to two pages. In order to ensure that the abstracts will have the same format there is a template which you are asked to use. The template was devised by Anders Eriksson and his team for the 2006 Conference. It uses Microsoft Word and the rtf format for the template to maximize the chances that it will produce the same end result regardless of whether you are a Mac, PC or Linux user. Please replace the text in the template with your own text.

Please submit your abstract both as an rtf file and, if possible, converted to a pdf file with fonts included. Please limit your abstracts to one page where possible. Please do not include page numbering. The rtf files will be reviewed minus the author information by the Scientific Committee.

If you need a phonetic font please use the Doulos SIL IPA Font. Please note that this is a Unicode font and is different from the SIL Encore (Doulos) IPA and SIL IPA93 fonts which are obsolete, symbol-encoded fonts. Their use is discouraged by SIL.
