The Professional Conduct Committee is responsible for the following:
- Maintaining a Code of Practice concerning the professional conduct, practice and procedures of Members undertaking forensic phonetic and acoustic casework
- Regulating the professional standards of members
- Monitoring the nature and standard of contributions to legal cases involving speech and sound samples
