2022 Conference Fee

Pay your fee for the 2022 conference here – you can pay using a PayPal account or (in most countries) by using a card payment via PayPal by selecting the appropriate fee rate and clicking on the ‘Pay Now’ button – please add your name as a beneficiary reference, so we are able to pair your payment with your registration – fee rates are:
